We are changing the Harvest Party up this year. Milt has always wanted to have a chef demo event so we hope this is the first in a series. First featured chefs are Zelda Le Coat and Miles Perkins. Both chefs will make two dishes, you will be able to eat and mingle with the first dish then be seated for the chef to explain their first dish and then demo their second which will be passed to you to enjoy while the chef is demonstrating and sharing. The second chef will follow the same pattern. Food starts at 4pm, 1st demo at 5, more food afterwards and 2nd demo at 6pm. We are limiting tickets to 60 for this event.
Two glasses of wine are included with your Harvest Party ticket. Additional wine and sangria will of course be available for purchase. Food to include chef versions of the following; Smoked pork shoulder with honey roasted carrots. Braised butter beans and dumplings with parsnips. Crispy spinach pies all dolled up. Caramelized black pepper chicken with jasmine rice.
As a fun bonus Myra will be doing tastings of her new sunflower oil and balsamic vinegars. You will be delighted with the amazing flavors of those and how you can use them. You will also be able to purchase her oil and vinegars.
