During the weekend of May 13-14, wineries across Virginia, including Hunting Creek Vineyards, will host a Virginia Wine Love Weekend meet ‘n greet. Each winery will put its own special spin on the weekend, which may include treats, guest hosts, trivia, and more. Everyone who checks in to a participating winery during the weekend will also be entered in a drawing for some fun prizes donated by wineries around the state, including the TOP PRIZE of a tasting for four hosted by Mike Albers, owner of Delfosse Vineyards which just won the Governor’s Cup.

Hunting Creek Vineyards will have tables set up both dates as well as yummy snacks each day. We will have a Virginia wine trivia or crossword game and offer $5 off of your wine purchase for participating.

We offer wine flights available daily. Weather permitting for Virginia Wine Love Weekend, we will offer a vineyard and winery tour at 2pm each day led by the owners/winemakers. Reservations are not necessary.

Enjoy fine dining for the evening meal at Molasses Grill in Halifax, Va. (reservations strongly suggested).
